Poll – Ramos: Time to go?
By: Rob | October 6th, 2008
Spurs manager Juande Ramos has insisted that it’s business as usual at Spurs, despite a 1-0 loss against newly promoted Hull City this weekend. This now means Stoke are twice as good as Spurs. Spurs remain rooted the the foot of the table, and people are begining to call for his head. Have your say after the jump.
The Spanish manager has admitted that his strike force is his weak area – not surprising after he lost Dietmar Berbatov and Robbie Keane to Manchester United and Liverpool respectively – and the club has suggested that Bent and Pavlyuchenko can’t play together
Is there a way out of this for Ramos? Or is he just waiting for the axe to fall now?

It’s tough for Ramos, thanks to Comolli he didn’t get the strikers he wanted. But still, as a manager you have to do the best with what you have, and Spurs have a lot more than lots of EPL teams. The fact that they’re bottom is inexcusable.

Look at how many important people Tottenham lost, I say they should give him until the christmas break to try to rebuild the team. If not, then the interim manager or the new manager can have those weeks to instill their methods on the team.
