Full Saturday Week 2 Results and Roundup

It was a bad day for North London clubs today, as both Arsenal and Tottenham suffered losses. Arsenal were stunned by a 1-0 loss against fellow Captial Club Fulham, while Spurs – still reeling from a loss to Boro last week, were beaten 2-1 against Sunderland, due to a goal from new signing Cisse.

Elsewhere, Hull picked up a valuable point away against Blackburn Rovers, Steven Gerrard carried on his run of playing well after an abherant performance for his country by grabbing a late winner at Middlesbrough, Newcastle saw off Bolton, Everton got thier first win at the expense of West Brom, and stunningly, Stoke City picked up thier first win of their campaign with a mighty performance against Aston Villa.
